Parent Teacher Fellowship:
Building a Thriving Community
PTF Mission Statement:
The PTF seeks to glorify God and serve Him through word and action in support of VCA. Our goal is to promote, enhance and enrich Christian education by providing an organized group of volunteers to sponsor events at VCA that bring families, teachers, and staff together with the intention of building unity.
How Can I Participate in the VCA Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)?
Attend PTF Meetings: Join us on the first Tuesday of each month at 3:30 PM for our meetings. We alternate between the North and South Campuses.
Enjoy Free After-School Care: If you're attending a meeting, no worries about childcare! Simply inform the staff, and your child will be cared for at no extra cost.
Volunteer at Events: We rely heavily on parent and family volunteers! We often need help with:
Planning and organizing events
Decorating and setting up
Cleanup and serving
And more! Let us know if you have a skill that you want to use for our school community!
Your participation plays a vital role in fostering a strong school community, and we encourage everyone to join us!

My family has been a part of VCA for over 10 years, and I have had the privilege of volunteering on the PTF team for the last four. Not only have I met wonderful people, but I’ve also had the opportunity to enrich our VCA community by organizing fun events using the gifts and skills God has given me. It is outstanding to be part of a God glorifying, grace filled team of parents and staff.

I love God, gardening, cooking and the USA! Three years ago, when my family first came to VCA, I quickly realized how important parent involvement is in the day-to-day functions at school, as well as after school events. As a stay-at-home parent with flexible availability, I felt compelled to help out as much as possible, which eventually led me to join PTF! I have really enjoyed being a part of organizing and running the events that put smiles on our staff and student's faces! It has also been very good for me personally in growing in my faith, to work along side of people who set such a great example of what it means to be brothers and sisters in Christ.

Hello! My name is Elizabeth, but I go by Libby. I am a second year VCA mom and a first year PTF member. I am so excited to continue building relationships within VCA. PTF has already opened doors to many new friendships not just between me and other moms but for my children as well. My hope is to spark others to use their God-given talents and plug those into unique ways to serve the staff and families within the school. I have had so many wonderful experiences be creative and minister through the events PTF hosts, it truly has made my heart full. My family has been given such a gift by being part of VCA and I am blessed to give back to the VCA community in anyway possible. I can’t wait for all the future opportunities to be able to bless families and staff through the PTF!

Hi, my name is Hannah Sampson. I serve as treasurer for the PTF at Victory Christian Academy. This is my second year both in the PTF and as a VCA mom. This school has blessed us in friendship, and it is an honor to serve those teachers and families that are apart of this great community!
